Rookie Camp If you and your child aren’t ready for a 2-week session, but wish to try us out, please contact Director Liz about Rookie Camp. For first-time campers only, Rookie Camp is a shorter option that allows a camper to test out sleepaway camp without a 2-week commitment. Please contact Liz at 603-253-6029 or for details.

Family Discount Households sending more than one child are eligible to receive 10% off their tuition. Applies only to overnight camper tuition; CITs are not eligible for discounts.

What else should you know?

Our tuition is all-inclusive. We do not charge extra for horseback riding, trips, or laundry. We do recommend campers bring a small amount of money, about $10 per week, for use on trips out of camp.

Camp Quinebarge offers a small number of scholarships each year. If you’d like to learn more about these please contact us.

We can pick-up and drop-off campers at Boston’s Logan Airport and Manchester Airport in NH. There is a $100 fee each way for transportation to and from Boston. Parents must consult with the Camp Director prior to making travel arrangements, as we are only able to visit each airport once on each pick-up or drop-off day. Typically, departures and arrivals at Manchester  between 11 AM and 2 PM, or between 12 PM and 3 PM for Boston, are best.

Visiting Days
Visiting Days are transition Sundays (July 12, 26, and August 9) from 10-5, and are a time for campers to visit with their families. Having fewer visitors come in and out of camp during sessions allows campers to become fully immersed in the program. At all other times, visitors are required to call ahead and set up their visit with the office at least 24 hours in advance.

Camp Quinebarge will offer 100% refunds before March 15, 2015, and 50% if you cancel between March 16 and May 15. Between May 16 and  June 27, refunds are for exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of the Camp, and we are unable to issue refunds once the Camp season begins on June 28, including to campers who leave Camp, for any reason.
