Discounts Discounts may be applied to overnight camper tuition only. CITs are not eligible to receive discounts.

Early Bird Discount All campers who are registered on or before January 31, 2015 will receive 10% off their tuition. Participants must pay their tuition balance in full by March 31, 2015.

Family Discount Households sending more than one child are eligible to receive 10% off their tuition.

Referral  Program  Due to the great response to last year’s Friends and Family Discount, we are implementing a new referral program for 2015. All new campers who register through this program will receive 25% off normal tuition, and are not eligible for Early Bird or Family Discounts. The existing campers who refer our new friends will receive a rebate of 10% of the new camper’s tuition (ie $180 for a new two-week camper at 25% off). There is no limit to the number of campers that you may refer on this program, and rebates above the cost of the referring camper’s tuition will  be honored.

What else should you know?

Our tuition is all-inclusive. We do not charge extra for horseback riding, trips, or laundry. We do recommend campers bring a small amount of  money, about $10 per week, for use on trips out of camp.

Scholarships  Camp Quinebarge offers a small number of scholarships each year. If you’d like to learn more about these please contact us.

Transportation We can pick-up and drop-off campers at Boston’s Logan Airport and Manchester Airport in NH. There is a $100 fee each way for transportation to and from Boston. Parents must consult with the Camp Director prior to making travel arrangements, as we are only able to visit each airport once on each pick-up or drop-off day.Typically, departures and arrivals at Manchester between 10 AM and 2 PM, or between 11 AM and 3 PM for Boston, are best.

Visiting Days Visiting Days are transition Sundays (July 12, 26, and August 9) from 10-5, and are a time for campers to visit with their families. Having fewer visitors come in and out of camp during sessions allows campers to become fully immersed in the program. At all other times, visitors are required to call ahead and set up their visit with the office at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds Camp Quinebarge will offer 100% refunds before March 15, 2015, and 50% if you cancel between March 16 and May 15. Between May 16 and  June 27, refunds are for exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of the Camp, and we are unable to issue refunds once the Camp season begins on June 28, including to campers who leave Camp, for any reason.
